Position Requirements – * Attracting business from client companies using sales, business development and marketing techniques * Building relationships with clients to become a trusted recruitment advisor * Building a network of candidates – the best recruiters may have a group of people that return to them throughout their careers when they\’re seeking new roles * Writing job descriptions and posting job ads on various job boards and social media platforms * Reviewing CVs and applications to determine if candidates meet the required qualifications * Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates\’ skills and experience * Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers * Checking references and conducting background checks on selected candidates * Extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages * Maintaining records of all applicants and tracking their progress through the recruitment process. * To have an understanding the candidate Booking process including the consultants involvement in the process * To demonstrate an understanding of the candidate and client Compliance process, including the consultants involvement in the process * To demonstrate an understanding of the Payroll process, including the consultants involvement in the process * To demonstrate an understanding of the Umbrella company payroll process including the consultants involvement in the process * This role is responsible for finding the best candidates for your clients. * This role is also responsible for generating new business opportunities, finding new clients and new job seekers
