About the Role
Health Now is recruiting experienced Complex Care Support Workers to join our Complex Care Bank in Grimsby, specifically for weekend work. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred complex care to individuals within their own homes. We have both 1:1 and 2:1 packages running every weekend, with a range of day and night shifts available. This is an excellent opportunity for carers seeking additional weekend hours on a flexible 0-hour contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective complex care within the community
- Support service users with clinical and personal care needs
- Follow detailed care plans and risk assessments

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ home-care experience (dated within the last 12 months)
- Proven complex care experience
