Complex Care Support Worker Location: Oxfordshire Contract: 0-Hour Contract (Bank) Service: Health Now Complex Care Bank About the Role Health Now is recruiting experienced Complex Care Support Workers to join our Complex Care Bank in Oxfordshire. This role involves supporting individuals with complex mental health needs within community-based settings, delivering high-quality, person-centred care. We offer flexible 0-hour contracts with 1:1 and 2:1 packages available across the county, operating 7 days a week. Key Responsibilities * Provide specialist support to individuals with complex mental health needs (CAMHS and/or Adult Mental Health) * Deliver care in line with personalised support plans and risk assessments * Implement safe and appropriate de-escalation techniques where required * Maintain accurate and detailed care documentation * Promote independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive behavioural outcomes * Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and other professionals Essential Requirements * Proven Complex Care experience within CAMHS and/or Adult Mental Health services * In-date restraint training (PMVA or MAPA) * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle * Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management * Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Desirable Skills & Experience * Experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) * Experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD) * Previous experience supporting individuals with trauma backgrounds What We Offer * Flexible working arrangements * 1:1 and 2:1 care packages * Opportunities available 7 days per week * Ongoing professional support * Competitive rates of pay Apply Today For more information or to apply, please contact: Helena
