Location: London (Just one stop from London Bridge) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm Contract: Full-Time About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Patient Booking Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team based on site. This is a fast-paced administrative role where you will be responsible for coordinating and booking appointments for our Sonography team, ensuring patients are scheduled efficiently and receive an excellent service. Key Responsibilities * Booking patient appointments for Sonographers * Managing a high-volume workload of approximately 80 patient bookings per day * Ensuring all appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently * Liaising with patients and healthcare professionals regarding appointment availability * Maintaining accurate patient records and appointment information * Providing excellent customer service at all times Requirements To be considered for this position, applicants must have: * Previous experience in a patient booking or healthcare administration role * Experience using the Soliton system (essential) * Strong organisational and time management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * The ability to work effectively in a busy environment and meet booking targets * High levels of accuracy and attention to detail What's on Offer? * Monday to Friday working pattern with no weekends * Choice of working hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm * Convenient location, just one train stop from London Bridge * Full on-site induction and training provided over 2 days * Opportunity to join a dedicated healthcare team and make a positive impact on patient care If you have experience using Soliton and thrive in a busy healthcare administration environment, we'd love to hear from you.
