Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as an Execution/Broker Trader.
- BS/MSc preferably in business, economics, or STEM.
- Quantitative and strategic mindset with a healthy appetite for risk.
- Strong technical skills in statistics and Python.
- Proven ability to act and make decisions in a fastâpaced, competitive environment.
- Analytical; passionate about reflecting on past trades and seeking improvement.
