Your Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the employee onboarding process including assisting in post recruitment efforts, new hire employee orientation, schedule and paperwork.
- Coordinate logistics around expat hires.
- Manage and maintain all employee files, digital library and records.
- HR data management (data entry in Workday).
- Assist in Benefits administration.
- Organize HR events.
- Provide a high level of service to employees for all general HR issues.
- Coordinate Immigration cases and records including maintain documentation and case progression.
- Ad‑hoc (local and global) projects as assigned.
Your Skills And Experience
- Bachelor in a relevant field (Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within an international, tech driven, preferably in a scale‑up environment.
- Comfortable working with high standards in a dynamic and flat organization.
- Hands on mentality, able to prioritize, plan and use time effectively.
- Critical, with an eye for detail, though pragmatic.
- Great stakeholder management skills and team player.
- Autonomous with a driven, tenacious and outcome focused mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Adaptability in adjusting to rapidly changing environment and course of action.
