Job Title:Speech and Language Therapist (Band 6/7) Band: 6/7 Location:London Reports to:Clinical Lead / Clinic Manager Job Summary: IMC are seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech and Language Therapist in London. The successful candidate will provide evidence-based assessment and intervention for patients with communication and swallowing difficulties, addressing a range of conditions in both pediatric and adult populations. As a senior member of the team, you will contribute to service development and support junior staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Clinical ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication difficulties, as well as swallowing (dysphagia) evaluations when necessary.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, setting goals and monitoring progress in collaboration with patients and their families.Manage a varied caseload, including patients with developmental delays, acquired neurological disorders, voice disorders, and other complex needs.Provide direct therapy using a range of approaches, including individual and group sessions, tailored to each patient’s specific goals.Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to clinic policies and professional standards.
