Responsible for identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities within the crude oil, products and gas sectors. This role involves strategic planning, relationship building, market analysis, and negotiation to expand the company's presence and revenue.

  • Business Development: Participate in formulating the strategy and identifying, evaluating, and structuring key transactions to ensure continued financial health and maximum value creation through the entire product life cycle.
  • Business Planning: Develop and propose annual business plans for a given area or department, ensuring alignment with strategy. Recommend financial and headcount budgets; propose business targets, and schedule key activities/projects.
  • Strategic Partnering: Manage a significant segment of strategic partnering, ensuring robust partner identification, relationship building, and partnership agreement negotiation.
  • Performance Management: Manage and report on performance within the department or area of responsibility; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports and hold individuals accountable for achieving them.

Build and optimize significant relationships and interactions with external and internal stakeholders, including key decision makers, regulators, public organizations, governmental institutions, insurance companies, providers, professional communities, and customer/client/patient groups.

Over 10 to 15 years experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives within medium to long time frames. Master's Degree or Equivalent Level. Strong understanding of business models, markets, and regulatory environment.
