Support workers are the key to providing outstanding care and we are looking for vibrant, resilient and committed people to join our small team in Winsford. Night shifts are worked on a rolling rota as part of a rotating staff team. Part-Time hours available.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the wider team in implementing positive behaviour plans and routines for our young people.
  • Use strategies to promote healthy sleep and wake patterns.
  • Help the young people to meet their personal care needs.
  • Directly support the young people during the night, when required.
