The iMap Centre is seeking an exceptional School Business Manager to drive our vision and help shape the future of our school provisions. This pivotal role will lead our financial, administrative, and operational functions, ensuring we remain efficient, sustainable, and fully equipped to meet the needs of our young people. We are looking for someone who can bring both strategic insight and hands-on expertise, supporting our continued growth and the delivery of high-quality learning experiences. Both of iMap's schools are excellent SEND provisions with small class sizes designed to fit the individual needs of our children. Purpose and Objectives

  • Lead and manage all aspects of school business operations, ensuring the schools derive maximum benefit from their budgets and resources.
  • In collaboration with Central Office, oversee financial, HR, administrative, and estate management systems, ensuring compliance, accountability, and best value.
  • Act as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning and school improvement.
  • Anticipate and respond to the needs of staff, pupils, parents, and stakeholders.
  • Promote and model the values and ethos of the schools.
