We currently have vacancies in our Crewe home supporting our amazing individuals alongside an established team in the heart of the town. Previous experience isn't necessary as full training is provided. Hours consist of earlies, lates, double and some weekends as part of a rotating staff team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Encourage and promote independence, choice, and inclusion in all aspects of daily life
  • Assist service users in accessing community activities, education, employment, or social opportunities
  • Build positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals
  • Follow individual care plans and contribute to their ongoing development and review
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with organisational and legal requirements
  • Ensure the health, safety, and safeguarding of all individuals at all times
  • Administer medication in line with company policies (where trained and authorised)
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment
