Being a Partner Sales Manager, Microsoft at iManage means you will play a hands-on role in driving one of iManage’s most important strategic relationships — our partnership with Microsoft. This position focuses on executing joint programs and co-sell motions that connect iManage and Microsoft teams globally. You’ll bring operational rigor and cross-functional coordination to make partnership initiatives work seamlessly in the field. While overall partnership strategy is defined by leadership, you’ll be the operational engine ensuring all Microsoft-related initiatives run efficiently, are tracked effectively, and deliver measurable outcomes.

I'm Responsible For…

  • Co-sell strategy and joint go-to-market: Execute the iManage worldwide co-sell strategy across the product portfolio. Build and execute joint plays with Microsoft's Enterprise, SME&C, and Global Partner Solutions organizations that drive measurable pipeline and customer acquisition velocity. Expand iManage’s presence on Microsoft commercial marketplace and ensure enterprise engagements are structured to align with Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitments. Maximize iManage’s participation in Microsoft partner programs, incentives, and co-investment funding, including MAICPP, ECIF, and Frontier Acceleration.
  • Engagement and field activation: Deliver joint enablement and training programs for iManage and Microsoft teams. Develop and maintain senior relationships across Microsoft's sales, marketing, positioning iManage as a preferred co-sell partner. Represent iManage at Microsoft events, as well as customer and partner forums worldwide. Translate Microsoft's strategic priorities, including AI and Microsoft Copilot, into joint motions that iManage and Microsoft can activate together.
  • Operational Program Management: Define, track, and report on the key performance indicators that matter most: Microsoft-influenced revenue, co-sell pipeline, marketplace transacted revenue and partner-sourced leads. Support quarterly business reviews and leadership updates with key insights and progress summaries. Standardize processes to ensure consistent and repeatable engagement with Microsoft. Recommend improvements to drive efficiency, visibility, and scalability across the partnership.

I'm Qualified Because I Have…

  • 8+ years in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise technology, with at least 3 years in a Microsoft alliance, partner, or co-sell leadership role.
  • Deep, current understanding of Microsoft's field coverage model and how strategic decisions are made within SME&C and Enterprise organizations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft commercial marketplace, MACC mechanics, MAICPP, Frontier Acceleration and ECIF.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner-led and co-sell motions that produce repeatable, measurable revenue at enterprise scale.
  • History of meeting or exceeding revenue and pipeline targets in a complex, multi-region environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure, O365, and Microsoft's AI and Copilot platform.

  • A collaborative approach aligned with iManage’s values: Customers Matter Most, Work as One, and Own the Outcome.
