This is a remote role within a global team that utilizes cutting‑edge technology to stay connected with colleagues worldwide. As an Account Manager, EMEA, you are responsible for driving revenue growth through cross‑sell and upsell motions within an existing portfolio of SMB and mid‑market corporate legal departments across the EMEA region. These organizations are already iManage customers — your role is to deepen those relationships, expand product adoption, and identify new opportunities within accounts to maximize their value and your revenue impact.
This role requires strong account management discipline, a consultative approach to uncovering expansion opportunities, and the ability to engage cross‑functional stakeholders across Legal, IT, and Operations. You will build business cases tied to legal operations efficiency, risk mitigation, and platform consolidation, positioning iManage as an indispensable strategic knowledge platform. You will operate with full ownership over your book of business and expansion quota, partnering closely with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and leadership to drive predictable, scalable revenue growth across your territory.
Responsibilities- Owning cross‑sell and upsell motions across a portfolio of SMB and mid‑market corporate accounts in EMEA
- Building and executing strategic account plans focused on expansion and deepening product adoption
- Identifying whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and developing targeted growth strategies
- Leading discovery conversations to uncover unmet needs across Legal, IT, Security, and Operations stakeholders
- Building business cases tied to governance, compliance, risk reduction, and productivity gains
- Positioning additional iManage solutions through structured value‑based selling
- Driving product demonstrations and expansion proposals with Sales Engineering
- Managing multi‑stakeholder sales cycles with clear qualification and expansion discipline
- Navigating procurement, security review, and contract renewal or expansion processes
- Maintaining accurate account health, pipeline, and forecast data in CRM
- Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual expansion bookings targets
- Remaining informed on EMEA corporate legal market trends and competitive positioning
- 3–7 years of B2B sales or account management experience in SaaS or enterprise technology
- Experience managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts through cross‑sell and upsell motions
- A consistent track record of exceeding expansion or renewal quota
- Experience engaging Director, VP, and occasionally C‑level stakeholders
- Strong discovery and qualification skills with a consultative selling approach
- Experience building ROI‑driven business cases for expansion
