As an Account Executive at iManage, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through to closing—targeting corporate legal teams and highly regulated industries, including financial services, banking and insurance. You will serve as a trusted partner to both new prospects and existing clients, helping organizations modernize their document and knowledge management strategies to drive efficiency, compliance, and security. This role requires a strategic, consultative approach, engaging C‑level executives, compliance officers, IT leaders, procurement teams, and business stakeholders. You will build and nurture long‑term relationships with key accounts you bring on board, identifying expansion opportunities through upsell and cross‑sell motions while ensuring retention and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory strategies to acquire new business in corporate legal teams and highly regulated industries.
- Manage sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, engaging decision‑makers across customer organizations.
- Work collaboratively with resellers and implementation partners to support co‑sell motions and expand market coverage.
