About the role
IMan Investment is hiring an Investment Manager to lead PowerGen coverage across Europe. You will independently own full-cycle investment cases in power generation, grid-adjacent infrastructure and related energy platforms — from origination through diligence, negotiation and close. This seat is designed for Europe-local talent (London or EU). Remote and hybrid arrangements are available for candidates who can operate as primary case owners and collaborate reliably with our Hong Kong-anchored platform across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Own PowerGen investment coverage for the United Kingdom and priority European markets
- Independently run full-cycle cases: origination, diligence, term negotiation, documentation and close
- Build a high-conviction pipeline of PowerGen founders, assets and strategic partnership opportunities
- Produce investment memos, term sheets and IC materials for Partners
