Imagro UK is a leading name in innovative materials and polymer-based solutions, supporting customers across a wide range of industries. As we continue to grow and strengthen our presence across the UK, we are looking to recruit two ambitious Business Development Executives to join our commercial team.
These exciting regional roles will focus on expanding our customer base and developing strong relationships within key markets:
- One position covering the South of England
- One position covering the North of England and Scotland
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in polymers or the wider plastics/materials sector, combined with a passion for sales, business growth, and customer engagement. General Description:
- To promote the Company and develop sales of the full product range to achieve agreed business targets and meet customer needs.
- To build relationships with key contacts at customers, seeking opportunities to grow sales of existing and new products.
Reports to: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop and maintain the existing customer base. Make regular on-site visits to these accounts to build, maintain and manage relationships.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure customer’s expectations are fulfilled.
- Agree prices and volumes with customers to optimise returns to achieve business growth.
- Seek out and develop new prospect accounts, promoting sales of both existing, new and development products.
- Gather, analyse, and interpret current market, product, competitor and industry data/trends to support sales strategies.
- Liaise with material Suppliers on a commercial and technical basis to provide support to existing and potential customers.
- Report on customer visits and opportunities utilising the Company’s CRM system.
- Attend monthly Sales Meetings and other meetings as requested by the Sales Manager.
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Degree or equivalent qualification
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Polymer Industry knowledge
- Selling technical products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding profit margins and working within a defined sales budget
