We are looking for an individual who will supervise the day‑to‑day operations of all food and beverage services, drive and coordinate operational standards to ensure consistent customer service excellence, and assist in training and developing a highly skilled team to deliver exceptional hospitality and a seamless guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to lead from the front, motivate the team, and bring relevant experience supervising busy food and beverage or conference operations. Strong judgement skills allow for sound decisions and proactive problem solving.
