Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are recruiting for a reputable law firm based in Hertfordshire, seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal eager to grow with the company. Candidates should have at least 6 months of conveyancing experience in residential or commercial property.

Typical Duties

1. Handling residential conveyancing transactions from instructions to post-completion.
2. Managing leasehold matters, including extensions and right-to-manage claims.
3. Preparing legal documents and assisting with communications.
4. Conducting legal research.

The Successful Candidate

1. At least 6 months of conveyancing experience.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. High attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
