ImagineX creates and manages events that inspire people around the world. ImagineX Productions is partnering with a global tech company to manage events around the world.
We need support team members to help us give great hospitality and management for the event. Please let us know if you are interested and available, we are excited to chat!
Availability and Commitment
We will have a full team training prior to the event. Day 1 - April 28 - 1pm - 10pm with training hours prior. Schedule to be confirmed.
General Duties
- Assist in the set-up and breakdown of conference supplies
- Use scanning systems and equipment to scan badges
- Use a reservation system and equipment to verify guest reservations and hand correct badges for entrance into the venue
- Assist in troubleshooting guest issues
- Assist in facilitating overall guest experience
- Manage the speaker and stage experience
- Attend on-site staff meetings and execute tasks under the direction of Managers and Leaders
Personal Characteristics
- Capability and comfort using smart electronic devices (tablet, smartphone) is a must
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative work ethic
- Capability and comfort being in large crowds of people
- Possess the capacity to handle stressful situations with diplomacy and tact
- Able to work efficiently in an organized and detailed fashion
- Ability to adhere to DevNetwork policies, protocols and procedures
- Understanding of your own personal limits and ability to articulate those limits to your supervisor
- Have a great sense of humor and maintain dedication to the DevNetwork mission
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift/carry 50lbs
- Able to experience periods of extended standing
- Able to walk and climb considerable distances, including inclines/declines during the course of a work day
- Able to stoop, crouch and kneel while placing signage throughout the venue
- The ability to listen and speak clearly is required
