You will support demand generation, events, digital campaigns, and the creation of sales and marketing collateral. - Marketing Operations: Help maintain marketing platforms, tools, and content libraries. Ensure CRM data relating to marketing activity is tidy and accurate. Contribute ideas and process improvements as the function grows.
- Commercial Process Development: Support the development of the sales process by helping document workflows, handovers, definitions, and best practice guidance. Assist in creating the Sales Playbook, including structuring content, assembling examples, and ensuring materials remain clear, accurate, and up to date. Help define and maintain “rules of engagement” for the Sales & Marketing department, ensuring they are well-documented and accessible. Contribute to the organisation of templates, scripts, and process documentation so the team can work consistently and efficiently. Capture feedback from sales and marketing activities to help refine processes and improve the clarity of the playbook and associated materials.
