Imagine Independence is looking for Specialist Support Workers to provide person‑centred care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and complex needs. This includes personal care and supporting individuals with physical and emotional challenges.
Responsibilities
- Daily living tasks (e.g. cooking, budgeting, healthcare)
- Personal care and hygiene
- Community activities (e.g. walks, swimming, arts & crafts)
Training & Development
- Full induction and shadowing
- Ongoing face‑to‑face and online training
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: £16,566.16 per annum plus £65 for sleep‑in shift.
- Contract: Permanent.
- Based in: Padiham, Burnley (Working across 2 sites).
