Joining Imagination means becoming part of the original experiential design agency, creating world-class experiences for some of the world’s most ambitious brands. Working closely with senior designers and the creative leadership team, you’ll help shape brand experiences, visual identities, exhibitions, live events, product launches and everything in between - ideal for a designer who’s curious, collaborative and excited by creating immersive work that lives beyond the screen and connects with people in the real world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Display a cohesive understanding of the principles that make innovative and effective communications, brand design, and large-scale graphic and digital design (from typography to art direction, to UI).
  • Work with 3D designers, animators, copywriters and other creatives to produce inspiring communications ideas that transcend print, digital, experiential and social channels.
  • Understand and implement client brand guidelines and work to push creativity within them.
  • Be confident talking through your work to your peers and presenting concepts/design solutions.
  • Partner with Creative Strategists to shape creative ideas and design solutions based on insight and audience.
  • Partner with Planners/Producers to provide clients with estimates, budgets and timelines for the creative portion of each project.
  • Liaise with the production team to ensure the best creative solutions are realised, implemented and delivered.
  • Help foster innovation within the creative team and share your perspective/opinion.
  • Support the team with internal and external presentation design.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary design agency team is a must.
  • A passionate graphic designer at heart, an original creative thinker.
  • Someone who loves their craft and being hands‑on - having a hawk eye for detail and quality.
  • Strong understanding of the principles behind effective brand, experiential, environmental and digital design - from typography and art direction to UI.
  • Strong awareness of contemporary design trends, visual culture and evolving creative technologies.
  • An interest in both the visual and technical side of design, and ability to work closely with specialist teams to bring your ideas to life.
  • An expert on the tools: Adobe Illustrator, Figma, InDesign and Photoshop, with experience in animation, After Effects and motion design a strong plus.
  • Curious about emerging technologies and AI tools, and excited by their potential to enhance creative development and design workflows.
  • Confident presenter, comfortable sharing ideas and work with clients.
  • An inclusive, self‑motivated team player who looks to push boundaries.
  • Curiosity towards our clients' challenges, and ability to make connections to what’s going on in the world.
  • A can‑do attitude and a willingness to work across multiple projects, clients, audiences and sectors – up for any challenge!
