Imagination is a world-leading experience design company founded on the principle of independent creativity. We create experiences that change the status quo, from strategy through to delivery. As a 2D Graphics Production Manager you will be working across an exciting range of clients and projects so you must be able to respond to a creative brief and ensure that all print graphics elements of a project are produced and delivered accurately to project deadlines. You will need to have a working knowledge of small and large format print production techniques and the understanding of art-working software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure open lines of communication within creative design and other internal departments
  • Attend project briefing and debriefing meetings
  • Produce graphic production schedules and distribute to all relevant team members
  • Monitor schedules and notify project teams when production deadlines are approaching
  • Provide project estimates and supplier quotations to account and production teams
  • Be capable of taking a brief and advising on possible production challenges and solutions
  • Deliver accurate artwork within a given timeframe
  • Prepare presentation documents and boards
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high quality
  • Onsite installation including management of site graphics fitters
  • Post-delivery reconciliation and archive appropriately
  • Ensure all project documentation and process in line with ISO requirements
  • Work to Imagination’s best production practices and develop a good understanding of company processes and internal working relations

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Experience working in a Creative Agency - in particular across events
  • Self-motivated & interested in artwork and production techniques, with a good all-round knowledge of print and production
  • Have an understanding in: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat
  • Proactive, with good time management skills, and the ability to manage several projects at the same time
  • Articulate, able to have and express an opinion/idea persuasively & confidently
  • Relevant experience, including procurement of print graphics
  • Knowledge of photographic production would be an advantage
  • Good communication skills: spoken, written and confident presenter
  • Understanding copyright, licensing and attribution for photographs and images
  • Good IT abilities including Excel, Google Drive
