Description

As a Mid-weight Digital Creative you will create bold digital first experience concepts for global brands and help make them real through strong storytelling, beautiful craft and rapid prototyping. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves making and who can turn ideas into tangible things that clients instantly understand.

You will work across immersive and interactive experiences, XR, gaming adjacent content, social first ideas, interactive installations, websites and UI and interaction design. Often blending physical and digital into one coherent experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop standout concepts for pitches and live projects
  • Turn early ideas into clear narratives and experience journeys that people can feel and understand
  • Think across the physical context as well as the digital layer, including spaces, form factors and event realities
  • Partner with Strategy, Client Services, Live and Technology Studio to align creative ambition with feasibility and business goals
  • Create compelling decks that sell the idea, the why, and the how
  • Help build clickable prototypes in Figma and other tools to make ideas tangible fast
  • Create storyboards, animatics and simple motion treatments when needed to communicate intent
  • Be confident presenting to clients and internal stakeholders, from early stage thinking through to refined proposals
  • Maintain creative integrity through delivery, shaping details and raising the craft bar
  • Work with specialists and partners across motion, film, 3D, development and production where required
  • Support multiple projects at once and stay calm when the pace is fast and the stakes are high
  • Play an active role in new business, especially early in the pipeline
  • Help generate proactive ideas and POVs that can open doors with new clients
  • Support pitch responses with strong creative thinking, deck craft and prototyping
  • Work with the team to build a stronger showcase of what Imagination can do
  • Use social media as a tool to help sell what Imagination can do
  • Work with the team to create and shape content for LinkedIn and other channels, including project highlights, behind the scenes craft, prototypes and creative thinking
  • Help translate complex creative tech work into simple, compelling stories that make sense to non-specialist audiences
  • Be comfortable being visible, speaking with clients and adding to thought leadership pieces

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Prior experience as a digital creative in an agency or brand team. Working with brands to execute a creative vision and with clients to do this.
  • Very strong ideation skills, an ability to think of a ‘big idea’ first and then work out how to practically apply that physically and digitally.
  • Strong storytelling and deck craft. Used to conveying ideas in a clear and compelling way.
  • Confident in Figma (prototyping, interaction flows, component level thinking)
  • Comfortable presenting and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • We’re keen to see a spirit of curiosity in the successful candidate. You will be happy to take on new challenges even if they are outside of your specific field of expertise.

Nice-to-haves

  • XR/spatial computing or working with real-time engines (Unreal/Unity/Twinmotion)
  • Motion/film direction experience (storyboards, animatics, editorial thinking)
  • AI tooling fluency used responsibly (concepting, iteration, prototyping) with awareness of IP/provenance
  • Experience working with sensors, installations, or live environment
