Supporting on a range of projects and presentations with support from more senior designers. Working in partnership with the wider creative team to help develop and design concepts. Bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team, and gaining experience in the standards expected by our clients in each stage of the design process - from concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concept designs in response to briefs under guidance of the team
- Provide general creative support, from developing concepts and design solutions to presentation preparation and image sourcing
- Hands on creation of content
- Begin to produce high quality renders/sketches/design concepts
- Contribute productively to brainstorms and creative concepting
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Prior experience in an agency environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- A passionate graphic designer at heart, an original creative thinker.
- Display an understanding of the principles of brand, environment and digital design (from typography to art direction, to UI)
- Willing to 'get stuck in' and learn from the creative disciplines around you
- Help foster innovation within the creative team and share your perspective/opinion
- Support the team with internal and external presentation design
- Support creative directors and senior designers on design development
