We’re looking for a Global Marketing and PR Manager to cover maternity leave, acting as the central driver of our agency’s global marketing function. You’ll oversee global content, manage marketing calendars, and coordinate workflows across multiple global studios. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic storyteller with meticulous attention to detail to showcase our work on a global stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the global marketing department, including direct reports: Global Digital Marketing Manager and Global Marketing & PR Executive.
- Act as the primary liaison for marketing across multiple global studios, fostering engagement and alignment across regions.
- Lead the global marketing strategy, acting as a figurehead and driving team performance.
- Manage the global marketing calendar, ensuring balanced representation across regions and bring structure, clarity, and consistency to global marketing operations.
- Guide strategic PR relationships, overseeing all press releases, thought leadership, and comment opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all external PR relationships, ensuring alignment across agencies, markets, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage relationships with all external partners, driving collaboration.
- Approve all external communications across multiple channels (including monthly global newsletter) and collaborate with stakeholders on key agency news, ensuring all published content meets brand standards and quality expectations.
- Support in gathering case studies, project imagery, and news from local markets to support global content.
- Drive the strategy for the FYI content series, partnering with internal stakeholders to develop ideas, identify speakers, and oversee events that support thought leadership goals.
- Lead and shape the global strategy for awards and events, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.
- Oversee and guide the strategic direction of global LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and website content, maintaining tone of voice, visual identity, and brand guidelines.
- Edit and refine copy, imagery, and video submitted by local teams.
- Oversee the corporate website, including case studies, news updates, and SEO best practices.
- Maintain knowledge-sharing platforms to ensure best practices and outstanding work circulate across offices.
- Monitor and oversee analytics, identify engagement trends, and refine strategies to maximise global reach.
- Act as the main point of contact for all marketing queries across the organisation and uphold a consistent, credible, and inspiring global brand presence.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proven experience in marketing within agencies, with previous hands-on PR experience.
- Working with international teams and managing projects across multiple regions and deadlines.
- Senior-level B2B marketing experience with a track record as a brand guardian and editor.
- Previous team management experience.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and content quality management skills.
- Proficiency in social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram) and CMS platforms is preferable.
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders and multiple teams.
