Senior Principal GPU Verification Engineer in Kings Langley

The role This role offers a distinctive opportunity to apply your hardware verification expertise to cutting-edge designs within the prestigious Power VR Hardware Graphics group.

You will work on key components and related IP that address the latest demands in graphics, AI, and connectivity processing, contributing to technology that pushes performance, capability, and quality forward.

You will: Architect advanced scalable verification environments, contribute to defining and reviewing testbench architectures for multiple GPU subsystems Participate in all stages of review of design specification, partnering with lead engineers and architects Solve complex verification problems arising with advanced GPU architectures Be a key technical leader in shaping the verification strategy and methodology for our next-generation products, driving adoption across the organisation Have a hands-on role writing comprehensive test plans and developing complex testbench components Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and machine learning applications in verification About you Committed to making your customers, stakeholders and colleagues successful, you’re an excellent communicator, listener and collaborator who builds trusted partnerships by delivering what you say, when you say.

You'll have: Deep expertise in architecting complex testbenches Proven track record of developing verification environments from scratch, from smallest modules to bigger subsystems Excellent understanding of constrained-random verification methodology and reusable components Expertise in root-cause analysis of complex issues, with the ability to resolve them efficiently Excellent knowledge of System Verilog and UVMStrong technical leadership skills with experience in mentoring junior engineers Ability to collaborate and drive ideas for wider adoption You might also have: GPU/CPU/HW accelerators architecture knowledge Experience in using AI tools for improving verification productivity Experience in wider verification technologies, such formal property-based verification and code mutation Strong skills in Python, System C, C++Understanding of functional safety standards such as ISO26262 Who we are Imagination is a UK-based company that creates silicon and software IP designed to give its customers an edge in competitive global technology markets.
