ImageNova is a film production company based in the Cultural Quarter of Leicester, producing video content worldwide. Our productions cover online/social content, commercials, television and documentaries. Our clients include global brands such as Channel 4, BBC, Sony, Canon and Panavision. Our services include concept development, pre-production, filming and editing.

We are looking for a creative lead who will help push the standards for ImageNova's video output, combining strong video editing experience with confident leadership. You'll oversee filming and post-production, guide a small team of in-house filmmakers and work directly with clients to shape ideas from concept to final delivery.

  • Organising production shoots and on set management of film shoots (including development, pre-production and on set), working directly with the client.
  • Lead liaison when working with clients on changes and overseeing delivery of final edits.
  • Producing/Directing video productions where required.
  • Editing video content (using Adobe Suite) to a high standard.
  • Managing projects, organising editing schedules and delivery.
  • Review all production and video output and ensure it is of the highest quality, using your experience to excel our content, regularly presenting feedback in reviews with editors/producers.
  • Creatively inputting ideas for upcoming projects and pitches for new work, working with the internal team to prepare pitch decks, proposals and pricing for new projects.
  • Building on existing relationships with clients and offering them new digital video solutions.

A clear understanding of exceptionally produced, captured and edited film and video content, with evidence of previous work that has been produced.

Strong producing and editing portfolio.

Full UK driving licence.

An understanding of ImageNova, our content and tone of voice.

8 hour days (flexible working hours available).

Office hours are 10am 6pm, Monday-Friday. Flexible hours are always offered, subject to work deadlines and meetings.

We expect the candidate to work from the Leicester office where possible, although remote working solutions are offered and we are happy to negotiate these terms.

The Leicester office is available 24 hours a day.

Additional hours may be required when working off-site at shoots or meeting deadlines.

3-6 month probation period.

Start Date: January 2026
