We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our 75-person architectural studio. This position will work directly with the Head of Operations, Front of House Coordinator, and Housekeeper to ensure efficient studio operations while maintaining our established hospitality-focused culture. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and agile professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced and creative environment. This position requires full-time presence in our London studio.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support
- Assist with maintaining accurate records and database systems
- Assist with general stock takes and supplies ordering
- Support staff with travel bookings through the third-party booking service
- Cover and support the FOH Office Coordinator when absent or away from the front desk
- Provide cover for other operational roles during periods of absence or leave
- Assist with AM/PM studio walkarounds to ensure the studio and its facilities remain organised and set up for efficient working
- Assist with coordinating studio improvement initiatives, facilities suppliers and maintenance visits
- Undertake opening and closing duties as required
- Provide support to the H&S team, including minute taking, weekly alarm testing and other H&S-related activities
- Support the planning and preparation of studio breakfasts, lunches and all staff events and trips
