What the Role Entails

  • Work closely with 2nd party development studios and their ongoing projects.
  • Review project creative and game design, provide review feedback, design suggestions, and any other support studio needs.
  • If needed, be dedicated to prioritized project on a specific area, such as Combat; Gunplay; progression systems, or monetization/GaaS features.
  • Investigate and provide competitor analysis and tear-down according to project needs.
  • Participate in the daily develop work in studio, provide game design suggestions, and take on execution tasks if necessary.
  • Travel for EU studio visit or EU studio onsite work if necessary.

Who We Look For

  • 5+ years of game development experience as a game designer.
  • Experience with GaaS system design.
  • Advanced or Fluent English-speaking skills.
  • Solid understanding of PC or Console game development and game market.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, time management, and organization skills.
  • Passion to craft meaningful, engaging interactive experiences.
  • Experience with Shooter games is a good plus.
