About the Role

JJPH Holdings Group is seeking a creative, motivated and forward-thinking Admin & Social Media Specialist to help build, modernise and grow our online presence across the entire portfolio of companies, including:

  • Airlux Solutions (Aviation, charter & Parts)
  • JJP Rail (Rail operations & projects)
  • Image Coach Works (Paintshop & Heritage Restoration)
  • Prestige International Cars (High end cars, Supercars & hypercars)
  • JJP Heritage Transport (Classic buses, coaches & preservation)

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, enjoys creative freedom, and brings genuine expertise in digital content and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and X
  • Produce reels, short-form videos, photography, graphics and written posts
  • Develop, plan and implement a multi-brand social media strategy
  • Create adverts, job posts and campaign materials
  • Bring new ideas, trends and innovation into the business
  • Manage page activity, scheduling, engagement and analytics
  • Support general admin duties across the group, including:
  • Document organisation
  • Basic reporting
  • Internal updates and communications
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all divisions
  • Work closely with directors to shape and elevate digital presence

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven social media management and content creation experience (essential)
  • Confident video and reel-making skills
  • Strong copywriting and creative storytelling ability
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • An interest in aviation, supercars, heritage or rail is highly desirable
  • A forward-thinking approach and a desire to be part of a fast-moving business
