Job Summary:
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, engaging with customers, and maintaining an energetic and friendly atmosphere. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless bar operation while upholding health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and efficiency.
- Engage with customers to provide an excellent guest experience and recommend drinks based on preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies.
- Follow all safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and compliant work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Assist in creating and innovating new drink menus and promotions.
- Work closely with the bar and restaurant team to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beverage service.
- Personal license (preferred but not essential).
