The role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day client relationships and ensure the delivery of campaigns that meet creative, strategic and commercial objectives. You’ll act as the key link between clients and IMA, balancing big‑picture thinking with hands‑on delivery. Confident presenting ideas, managing budgets, and mentoring others, you’ll play a key role in driving client satisfaction and account growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, colleagues and partners.
- Managing campaigns from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring creative excellence and commercial success.
- Interpreting client objectives and shaping clear, effective briefs.
- Monitoring account performance, profitability and client satisfaction.
- Supporting Account Directors with strategic planning and growth initiatives.
- Leading and mentoring junior members of the team.
