We’re looking for a Producer to manage the production of various motion and stills projects, such as Television Commercials, Radio, Social Roll-out and Still Photography shoots. If you are accountable for ensuring projects are completed on-time and within budget while leading, overseeing, and coordinating stages throughout multiple production timelines, we want to hear from you.

The role
As a Producer, you will report to the Lead Producer. You will be responsible for managing the production of various motion and stills projects while ensuring they are completed on-time and within budget. You will work closely with internal and external creative teams as well as Directors and clients to ensure that the project vision and goals are met. By managing relationships with all stakeholders, you will leverage strong collaboration to achieve high-quality output.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You will manage and oversee the production of multiple motion and audio and stills projects from pre-production through to delivery.
- You will liaise with other departments up-stream to advise on agency production processes and workflows and best-practice methods.
- You will lead by example being solution-focused and making effective decisions to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- You will manage the pre-production organisation for assigned shoots including sourcing locations and handling permits and casting and logistics.
- You will complete all relevant and necessary risk assessments while complying with GDPR guidelines.
- You will develop and manage cost-effective and viable quotes and estimates and timing plans while navigating evolving project needs.
- You will work closely with internal and external creative teams as well as Directors and clients to ensure project goals are met.
What We’re Looking For
- You have at least three years of relevant industry experience minimum.
- You possess a strong understanding of the video production process.
- You have previous production project examples of medium to high-end budget level work.
- You have demonstratable TVC and Clearcast experience.
- You possess a strong understanding of digital formats and social media platform formats and requirements.
