As one of the Insiders at IMA, you’ll work across teams aligned to your apprenticeship, collaborating with different disciplines to understand how powerful connections are brought to life. You’ll join a network of apprentices and emerging talent across the agency, working on exciting briefs and learning directly from industry experts as you grow. We’re now recruiting for apprenticeship placements starting in September 2026, with opportunities across our Creative, Design and Media teams.
