The Role

You will support the delivery of creative, shopper marketing and brand activation projects from brief through to completion. Working closely with Account Managers, creative teams, production partners and clients, your mission is to keep projects organised, communication clear and deliverables moving forward on time and to a high standard. This is an entry-level role and clients will include, but are not limited to, those from the gambling, gaming, and weight loss industries.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and delivery of multiple projects across creative, production, retail and digital touchpoints.
  • Brief Management: Help prepare accurate creative and production briefs, ensuring objectives, deliverables, timelines and required information are clearly documented.
  • Team Coordination: Liaise with Designers, Artworkers, Strategists, Producers and external suppliers to keep workstreams aligned and progressing.
  • Timelines & Status Reporting: Maintain project schedules, action logs and status reports, flagging risks, dependencies and delays to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Meeting Support: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes and track actions through to completion.
  • Quality Control: Review deliverables against briefs and specifications, helping to ensure work is accurate, consistent and ready for client presentation or production.
  • Financial Administration: Support estimates, purchase orders, invoicing and budget tracking, escalating any discrepancies or potential overspend.
  • Relationship Building: Contribute to a collaborative team culture and identify opportunities to improve the client experience and strengthen project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience as an account executive, in client services, project coordination or similar role, ideally within a creative agency, marketing, shopper marketing or communications environment.
  • Organisation: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders effectively.
  • Communication: Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Commercial Awareness: An understanding of project budgets, scopes, timelines and the importance of delivering work efficiently and profitably.
  • Client Focus: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a genuine interest in understanding client needs and delivering excellent service.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working across different disciplines, receiving feedback and contributing positively in a fast-moving team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with familiarity using project management, CRM or workflow tools.
  • Adaptability: Able to remain calm under pressure, take ownership of tasks and adjust quickly when priorities change.
  • Education: A diploma or degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred but not essential where relevant experience exists.
