Your responsibilities
- Full-time hybrid position based in Wetherby, with some work-from-home flexibility.
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Utilize analytical skills to understand client needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Engage with clients on a daily basis to provide tailored technical solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, particularly the Service team, to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
- Support end-to-end sales processes from client engagement to after-sales service.
