As a Finance Associate, you will support revenue accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and ASC 606 standards. You will work with SAP, CRM, and Blackline systems to prepare reconciliations, validate accounts, and provide financial analysis. This position sits within the Revenue Accounting team, which partners closely with Revenue Compliance to ensure revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606. The role requires a basic understanding of revenue recognition principles and experience with SAP, CRM, and Blackline systems.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Preparing account reconciliations and posting adjustment journal entries.
  • Performing month end validations of balance sheet accounts.
  • Providing financial services, analysis, reporting, and business support to management and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensuring operations are conducted in line with financial policies and controls.
  • Collecting, recording, consolidating, reconciling, analyzing, and presenting accounting and financial information for planning and control.
  • Supporting business management with financial decision analysis, portfolio management, and business planning.
  • Maintaining compliance with GAAP, internal controls, external audits, and statutory requirements.

This is a full-time role based in Manesar and follows a regular shift schedule (8 AM - 4.30 PM) IST. The work model is Hybrid; 3 days week in office and 5 working days. Candidate should be based at Gurgaon, New Delhi and Delhi-NCR areas. Candidates from Gurgaon location is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce (B.com/BBA/M.COM/MBA/ CA-Inter or equivalent finance qualification).
  • Post graduate certification or license may be required.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in General Accounting / revenue accounting or financial operations.
  • Experience with SAP, CRM, and Blackline systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
