Summary of the Senior Account Manager role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who can fuse excellent industry insight with exceptional client service and project delivery. You’ll have your eye on the ball when it comes to project management and delivery, and have a strong background in account management in the retail space. This is a multi-dimensional Senior Account Manager role for someone who can pull together complex projects and manage global clients.
Some responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager role will include :
- Developing strong, trusting relationships with senior clients, suppliers and IMA-HOME, establishing a solid foundation to achieve consistent and high quality results
- Promoting a collaborative work ethic to achieve effective delivery, applying strong negotiation skills where necessary to achieve positive outcomes
- Understanding client’s objectives and challenges, supporting with planning and the creative process
- Responsibility for successful interpretation of client brief into great creative and successfully presenting creative output
- Leading the delivery of the Monthly Client Financial packs
- Supporting your Account Director with Client Development Plans, helping to drive new proposals and identify opportunities
