Summary of the Production Delivery Manager role
Our Delivery Managers deliver complex production & TVC focussed work, ensuring consistently high standards are achieved whilst balancing commercial success. For this role, you will need to be a dab hand when it comes to delivering projects on time, to budget and to the highest quality. You will be experienced in working with commercial production and specifically, TVC. As our next Delivery Manager, you should consistently demonstrate the ability to build client relationships and improve ways of working to achieve the best results.
Responsibilities
- Deliver client projects, on time and to budget ensuring that the quality is there, and the client and wider team are happy
- Work with the delivery team and wider agency Project Management forum to develop clear and consistent methodologies across the agency
- Work with Programme Management and Traffic to ensure all project work is planned and processes are streamlined with forward planning
- Work with the Operations team to ensure the client teams are equipped and able to report on client financials
- Work with our Client Partners to ensure clients are on correct rate cards and are within contract
