Join our dynamic Total Rewards team in the vibrant Central/Northern Vermont market as a Client Manager! Here, you'll have the exciting opportunity to build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service and support. In this client-facing role, you’ll lead benefit platform initiatives, support open enrollment, manage reporting and compliance tasks, and coordinate employee communications. You’ll also assist with RFPs, renewal tracking, and ongoing client meetings.

This position offers flexibility, including the option to work remotely. Because we value in‑person collaboration for training, client support, and strategic meetings, qualified candidates must live within reasonable travel distance to one of our VT or NH locations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in account management or HR (employee benefits preferred)
- Active health, life, and disability license in applicable state(s)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to make sound independent decisions and manage priorities effectively
- Customer-focused and empathetic, with the ability to stay composed under pressure
- Self-directed and collaborative team player
- Willingness to be occasionally available after hours (monthly cell phone stipend provided)
