We are currently looking for either an experienced Tax Professional, Accountant or Private Client Lawyer operating within the sporting and entertainment sectors to join our Tax, Trusts and Compliance team.
Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Professional, Accountant or Lawyer specialising in the sports and entertainment sector. This role involves a mix of relationship management, business development, and feeāearning responsibilities. The successful candidate will manage an existing portfolio of clients, focusing on maintaining and enhancing client relationships. Additionally, the role requires developing key referral relationships to grow and expand Irwin Mitchell's sporting practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of clients within the sports and entertainment sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key referral partners to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sector.
- Provide expert legal/accounting advice and services to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Meet and exceed fee-earning targets.
About You
- Proven experience as a qualified Lawyer/Accountant/Tax Professional in the sports and entertainment sector.
- Strong relationship management and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problemāsolving abilities.
- A network of key referral relationships within the sector is highly desirable.
