Highland News and Media t/a New Milton News and Media are seeking a Media Sales Executive - Field Sales Role. This is a permanent, full-time office/field-based position. You MUST have a full UK driving license.

The Role:

  • We are looking for a proactive, driven sales professional. Experience is not essential, but a genuine passion for sales is required, along with excellent business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • You will be presenting exciting fresh media initiatives to your existing client base to retain and build long-term profitable relationships.
  • A significant part of this role will involve the autonomy to develop new business relationships.
  • You will drive sales by understanding decision makers' needs fully and using marketing audience data to present credible ideas and solutions for bespoke creative media campaigns.
  • You will be responsible for meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs by demonstrating our reputable products and services across print and digital.

About You / Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of a supportive New Milton based sales team to share ideas and best practices while managing your own time effectively in the field.
  • Effective, influential communication is key in this role, along with excellent personable customer relations skills and good knowledge of digital systems to generate campaign bookings and complete sales.
  • You will regularly visit both existing clients and pitch to new ones to ensure campaigns and recommendations are on track to deliver the agreed objectives and ROI.
