St Francis' Catholic School is seeking a committed Catholic (or sympathetic to Catholic ethos) Phase Leader (AHT) to join from 1 January 2027. The role combines senior leadership with a class commitment, working with the Head Teacher and Deputy Head to lead teaching and learning across the school.
The successful candidate will be a role model with a clear vision for Catholic education, possess leadership experience in primary education, and be dedicated to improving outcomes for all children.
