About The Role
Location: Worsley, Manchester (near to the Trafford Centre)
Hours: Permanent, 17.5 hours per week. Additional hours may be available. Bank shifts also available.
Days: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm – 7:30pm
You’ll work closely with her family and Case Manager to ensure she receives the best possible care and support. Following a severe brain injury, our client now uses a wheelchair and requires full support with daily routines, personal care, and therapy sessions. She has a real zest for life and enjoys lunches out, trying new activities, and going on mini-breaks.
What We’re Looking For
- Essential: A genuine passion for helping others and supporting people to achieve their goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from our client and gain insight into the challenges of living with an acquired brain injury.
- Desirable: Previous care experience, experience supporting adults with physical disabilities, an interest in therapy, and a willingness to try new things.
- Driver: Desirable but not essential.
- Vehicle Use: May involve driving a wheelchair‑adapted vehicle or occasionally using your own car.

We work with children and adults who have had moderate or catastrophic, complex injuries. We assess individual needs and are able to provide a comprehensive Case Management designed to maximise independence. We are CQC registered and compliant with their standards. Our Case Managers work closely with our Clients, and we carry out all the recruitment processes on behalf of our Clients; and will support you, from your initial telephone interview right through to arranging employer interviews, trial shifts and placement.
