Job Description:

Are you a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, or Registered Nurse looking to take your career in a new direction? We are growing our team in the Manchester area and would like to hear from you!

About the role: You will join our valued team of Case Managers to support young people and adults following life-changing injuries. As a Case Manager, your focus is the client’s best interests, coordinating care and rehabilitation tailored to their specific needs. The aim is to enable clients to regain and maintain the best quality of life by working closely with them, their family, and care team to support their physical, cognitive, and emotional wellbeing. The role is home-based, managing a client caseload with visits within your geographical area. All ILS Case Managers are employed with options for part-time salaried or flexible hourly employment, from 21 to 30 hours per week. Ideally, you are a driver with a car, as travel is up to 2 hours from your home to clients. Travel and mileage are paid.
