About the Role
Bindman’s Immigration department is recruiting a highly motivated lawyer to join the team. The successful candidate will have an established reputation in business immigration and/or personal immigration. If your reputation is in personal immigration, it will be an advantage if you have legal aid experience and are accredited under the Law Society accredited scheme.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage junior colleagues.
- Provide legal advice in immigration, asylum and nationality law.
- Represent clients in immigration tribunals and courts.
- Help develop your own practice areas and contribute to a dynamic team.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in immigration, asylum and nationality law.
