Hours: Full Time or Part-Time

Salary: £30,000 – £55,000 per annum + Commission

Westire designs, manufactures and sells High-End Streetlight Controls & Accessories for the control of all types of road and street lighting. With a strong R&D capability and reputation for design and reliability, we are pursuing our ambitious growth plans and looking to add to our UK Sales Team.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the lighting, electrical controls, or related industries. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is motivated.

Are you the right person for the job?
  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience within lighting, electrical controls, or a related sector
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to win new business
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Full UK driving licence required
What will your role look like?
  • Manage and grow sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, and local authorities
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the lighting/street lighting/controls sector
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide technical support, quotations, and tailored solutions
  • Represent the business at meetings, events, and industry exhibitions
What can you expect in return?
  • £30,000 (Part-Time) – £55,000 base salary (dependent on experience & time)
