Perfect graduate role! Full time: 37.5 hours per week based in our Leeds office 5 days a week. Reports to: Sales Manager. Start date: July/August (negotiable).
Role Overview
Contributing towards the continued growth of ILOVETOUR and selling the tour experience to new and existing customers. You will take ownership of your university accounts and spend the year liaising with students, universities, overseas agents and suppliers. You’ll be travelling to various destinations throughout the UK and Europe as part of your role and shaping the future of student sports tours one unforgettable experience at a time.

- Creating new business over social media, emails and calls with potential teams
- Selling with a passion for TOUR!
- Answering customer queries
- Account management and admin
- Account management in resort
- Conflict resolutions
- Presenting information face to face and online to new and existing customers
- Order quotes and supplier communication
- Batch communication via mailers

Requirements
- UK/EU driving licence desirable
- Valid passport
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence on the phone and making phone calls with the purpose of selling - essential
- Highly organised
- Ability to adapt in different environments
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Deadline and target driven
- Confidence presenting to a room of people
- Team player - willing to get stuck in to any task and show initiative!
- Basic computer skills
