Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at ILoveParcels located near Hinckley (LE10). The Sales Associate will focus on outbound sales to cold trade customers, assisting the Sales Manager, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Calling through a large list of potential customers
- Gathering new leads
- Entering information onto the CRM
- Other admin duties
Delivering excellent customer service and meeting onboarding targets will be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to assist and engage with customers effectively.
- Willingness to call 50+ companies a day.
- Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic retail environment.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles is an advantage.
